For years, in fact, we have been cultivating biodiversity under the Calabrian sun, following the rhythms of nature, and making investments that improve the quality of the harvest, every day.
From real Tropea red onions to fresh citrus fruits, from hot chilli peppers to Goji berries, each DiBio product is a discovery of pure and intense flavours, which you can taste and enjoy during your holiday at the Tonicello Resort & Spa.
We care about the environment and biodiversity. By carrying out each stage of production with a focus on minimising the impact on nature, we not only obtain quality organic products, but also support the local economy and help preserve the Calabrian landscape.
The crops grown by DiBio are therefore certified organic and monitored by Suolo e Salute, a famous Italian organisation recognised nationwide.
DiBio stands out for producing a wide range of delicacies ranging from vegetables to preserves, and from flavoured oils to artisanal jams.
Each product is made without the use of pesticides or chemical additives, following strict organic criteria to guarantee quality and freshness. The short supply chain and immediate post-harvest processing allow the natural flavours and nutritional benefits to remain intact, offering products that are not only a pleasure for the palate, but also for the body.
